Simply add 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil directly to any of the wooden beads and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of your oils all day. Wooden beads are porous so they will soak up your oil(s) without having to worry about any leaks. The scent will diffuse for 2-3 days depending on your oils. Some oils are stronger than others and may last longer.

To find a nice comfortable fit, measure your wrist and add half an inch for a snug fit OR one inch for a loose fit.
Example: If your wrist measures 6" then you would order a size 6.5 or a 7.

*This listing is for one diffuser bracelet.

*Do not over stretch bracelet. I use strong, latex-free cord that can withstand the usual on and off stretching but it isn't indestructible. Care should be used to avoid unnecessary over-stretching. Just don't use it as a sling-shot and you should be fine.
